08. 27.10.2022 MGR, J & SV, J Sri Sridhar Tummalapudi, learned counsel, submits that he filed vakalat for the respondents 1 to 4, on no objection from Sri R.V. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel, and seeks time to file counter.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to remove the name of Sri R.V. Mallikharjuna Rao, learned counsel, from the cause-list.

Learned Government Pleader for Services I appearing for the respondents 5 to 7 also seeks time to file counter.

Sri G. Raju, learned counsel appearing for Sri P.V. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners on record, submits that the present writ petition is filed against the order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at Hyderabad, dated 06.06.2016 in OA.No.2740 of 2013. If the said Order of the Tribunal is implemented, the petitioners herein would be the affected parties. Hence, the present writ petition is filed canvassing the correctness of the aforesaid Order of the Tribunal. He further submits that against the very same Order of the Tribunal, the Government earlier filed

WP.No.15071 of 2019 before this Court and the same came to be dismissed and the Government approached the Supreme Court by way of SLP, which was also dismissed. Thereafter, the Government filed review application in IA.No.1 of 2020 in WP.No.15071 of 2019 and the same is pending and was directed to be tagged to the Contempt Case filed for non-implementation of the orders passed in WP.No.15071 of 2019. Therefore, he requested to tag this writ petition also to IA.No.1 of 2020 in WP.No.15071 of 2019.

Having regard to the above, to avoid conflicting judgments, Registry is directed to list this Writ Petition along with IA.No.1 of 2020 in WP.No.15071 of 2019 and connected Contempt Case, after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble The Chief Justice.
