JUDGMENT: [per Hon'ble Sri Justice M. Ganga Rao]
In view of the letter addressed to the Registry by learned counsel
for the appellant requesting to post the matter under the caption 'for
withdrawal', inter alia stating that the matter was settled out of Court and
that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the FCA, this appeal is
listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw
the appeal.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
