ORAL JUDGMENT Dt:18.10.2022

1. This writ appeal has been preferred against the interim order

dated 29.09.2022 passed by learned single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2022

in W.P.No.32172 of 2022.

2. Having considered the issue in the writ appeal, which is against

the interim order passed by learned single Judge, this Court is not

inclined to interfere with the matter. However, the appellants are

permitted to move an application before the writ Court seeking

vacation of the above interim order. It is made clear that the interim

order is only in respect of subject recruitment process in Kurnool zone,

hence, the appellants can proceed with the subject recruitment process

in relation to other zones.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No

costs. All pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
