                 SECOND APPEAL No.79 of 2018

JUDGMENT:

There was no representation for the appellant on

14.07.2022. As there was no representation for the appellant

on 28.07.2022, the matter is posted to 04.08.2022 under the

caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation

for the appellant. This indicates that the appellant has no

interest in prosecuting the cause in the Second Appeal.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any,

shall stand closed.
