The appellate Court pronounced the judgment on 20.08.2018. As seen from the stamp on the certified copy, application was made to get the certified copy of the judgment and decree in A.S.No.2 of 2013 on 18.08.2018 i.e. prior to the date of judgment vide C.A.No.1761/18. Learned Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur shall submit his report to this Court regarding the date on which the application was made to get the certified copy in A.S.No.2 of 2013 by the next date of hearing.
