Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into account the grounds of appeal and the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the application, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 24.12.2021 passed in M.V.O.P. No.400 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal- cum-Principal District Judge, Kadapa, including execution proceedings, subject to the appellant/petitioner depositing 50% of the SL. DATE ORDER OFFICE NO. NOTE awarded amount together with interest and costs within ten (10) weeks from today. On such deposit, the claimants/respondents are entitled to withdraw the same in accordance with the arrangement made by the Tribunal in the impugned order.
