This petition is filed seeks leave of the Court to file Contempt Case against the respondents for non-implementation of the order dated 11.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.4415 of 2016 and Batch.

Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents, submits that this petition may be decided on merits as no counter filed in I.A.

The petitioners in W.P.Nos.4415 of 2016 and Batch are the Secretariat BC and OC Employees Association and this Court by order dated 11.12.2018, directed that the Judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court in M.Nagaraju v. Union of India reported in (2006) 8 SCC 212 and Jarnail Sing v. Lachhmi Narain Gupta reported in 2018 Law Suit (SC) 943 has to be impleaded in all the departments of the Government. Noncompliance of the said orders is not legally permitted according to the said judgments.

C.C.No.908 of 2019 Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel for respondents submits that he filed reply affidavit (counter) and additional reply affidavit (additional counter).

Sri A.Rajendra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed rejoinder (reply affidavit).

Both the learned counsel submits that they are ready to argue the matter.
