      Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri P. Sudhakar Reddy, learned Additional

Advocate General for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

that the issues in the present Writ Petition are covered by the

order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5469 of 2022, dated

11.07.2022. A copy of the same is placed on record by the

learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the other hand, reiterating the averments made in the

counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is submitted by the

learned Additional Advocate General that having regard to the

gravity of the offences, the orders impugned in the Writ Petition

do not warrant any interference of this Court under Article 226

of the Constitution of India.

A perusal of the order dated 11.07.2022 passed by this

Court in W.P.No.5469 of 2022 clearly demonstrates that all the

issues that have been raised in the present Writ Petition were

also raised in the aforesaid Writ Petition and this Court allowed

the said Writ Petition and granted relief in favour of the

petitioner in the said Writ Petition.

For the aforesaid reasons, following the order dated

11.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5469 of 2022 and

for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also

allowed in terms thereof, setting aside the order of detention

passed by the 1st respondent vide Rc.C1.409/M/2022, dated

07.07.2022 as confirmed by the State Government vide

G.O.Rt.No.1856, General Administration (SC.I) Department,

dated 06.09.2022 and consequently the detenue viz., Smt.

Telugu Sunkamma, W/o Late Sri Ramulu, who is in Special

Prison for Women, Kadapa, Y.S.R., District, shall be set at

liberty, if she is not required in any other case. There shall no

order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall

stand closed.
