HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH :: AMARAVATI
MAIN CASE No: W.P.No.37298 of 2022
PROCEEDING SHEET
SL. DATE ORDER OFFICE
NO. NOTE
1. 17.11.2022 NJS, J
Heard Mr.P.Veera Reddy, learned Senior Counsel
appearing for the petitioner. Also heard the learned
Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who
contends that the petitioner has to file an application for
the deletion of subject matter land from the Prohibited
Property List.
As seen from the material on record,
the petitioner filed a suit seeking permanent injunction
against the respondents in O.S.No.415 of 1997 on the
file of the Court of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa and the said suit was decreed by Judgment dated 19.07.1999. It appears that subsequently the petitioner's property has been included in the Prohibited Property List. The matter needs to be examined. However, in view of the undisputed position that the petitioner is in possession of the subject matter property, there shall be interim direction as prayed for.
List this case after four (4) weeks for filing Counter Affidavit.
