                   APPEAL SUIT No.948 of 2001

JUDGMENT:

1. Sri.P.Sridhar Reddy, Learned counsel for the appellant is present

and submits that he filed a letter dt.11.10.2022 stating that the

parties settled the matter out of the court and hence seeks

permission of this court to withdraw the appeal.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this

appeal shall stand closed.
