JUDGMENT:-

      Sri   Vadapalli    Sivanandha,   learned   counsel   for   the

petitioner has submitted a letter dated 08.11.2022 to the

Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record

submitting as follows:

             "This is Sivananda Vadapalli, Advocate, High
      Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravathi.               My
      computer code is 23070.          I had filed the Writ
      Petition No.29154 of 2021 before this Hon'ble Court,
      on behalf of the petitioner Mr. Asi Bhupathi Eswara
      Reddy.
             The petitioner in the above writ petition had
      settled the matter with the unofficial respondents

out of the Hon'ble Court in the presence of the gentlemen mediators. So, the petitioner in the above Writ petition had requested me to withdraw the writ petition No.29154 of 2021 in the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Therefore, according to the wish of the petitioner in the above Writ Petition. I am giving my consent to withdraw the Writ Petition No.29154 of 2021 in the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravathi."

Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
