1. The above application I.A.No.3 of 2017 has been filed by the

appellant for grant of leave to prefer the appeal against the order

dated 05.10.2017 passed by learned single Judge in W.P.No.32614 of

2017.

2. Today, when this matter is called, there is no representation on

behalf of the appellant.

3. In the above circumstances, this Court has no other option

except to dismiss the application for grant of leave and the above

appeal for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, I.A.No.3 of 2017 (W.A.M.P.No.3111 of 2017) and

the Writ Appeal are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. All

pending miscellaneous applications shall stand dismissed.
