                             Learned counsel for the petitioner would
                     submit that the respondent-police had issued

Section 91 Cr.P.C. notice to the petitioner, without registering any crime. Further submit that, without registering any crime, the respondent-police are not supposed to issue Section 91 Cr.P.C. notice and it is contrary to the judgments passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and also High Courts.

Learned standing counsel appearing for respondents, on instructions, would submit that no crime was registered against the petitioner as of now.

Considering the same, there shall be interim suspension of the notice issued under Section 91 Cr.P.C. issued by R1/Sub- Inspector of police, Ghantasala police station.
