JUDGMENT:

Sri K. Rajeshekar, learned counsel appearing for Sri

Ullam Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the appellant submits

that the matter has been settled out of the court and the

appellant desires to withdraw the appeal. A memo to that effect

also been filed on 31.01.2022.

2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
