(per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ)

This writ appeal is preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner against

the order dated 04.01.2022 passed by the learned single Judge in

I.A.No.1 of 2016 in W.P.No.30292 of 2016 directing that there shall be

interim suspension as prayed for on condition of the petitioner-society

paying full wages last drawn by respondent No.4 from the date of filing

the writ petition till the date of disposal. It was also directed that the

arrears shall be payable within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of the order and that the petitioner shall pay wages

under Section 48(4) of the Andhra Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act,

1988, on or before 10th of every succeeding month.

2. Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the appellant

submits that the writ petition pending before the learned single Judge

may be directed to be disposed of at an early date.

3. Having considered the nature of the dispute pending adjudication

in the writ petition, we dispose of the writ appeal with an observation that

if the appellant/writ petitioner makes a prayer before the writ Court for

early disposal of the writ petition, the same shall be appropriately

considered by the learned single Judge. No costs. All the pending

miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
