JUDGMENT:

Ms. M. Uma Devi, learned counsel representing Sri G. Rama

Gopal, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that this second

appeal has become infructuous in view of dismissal of another second

appeal in S.A.No.266 of 2020.

Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed as infructuous at

the stage of admission.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
