JUDGMENT:

Though the matter has been posted under the caption 'for

dismissal', there has been no representation for the appellant since

morning till 3:30 P.M. There was no representation for the appellant

on 29.06.2022 as well, though there was representation on

22.06.2022.

Sri K.Devi Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri

G.Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent is present.

As such, the appeal is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this appeal, shall

stand closed.
