batch of petitions is covered by the judgment
dated 22.01.2021 of this Court in W.P.No.16635
of 2018 against which W.A.No.698 of 2021 was
also dismissed on 29.12.2021 and as such the
petitioners are entitled for the same benefit.
Learned counsel for the respondents
submits that he has to look into that aspect of the matter.
