JUDGMENT:

When the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the appellant

has informed this Court that he has filed a memo dated 28.06.2022 in the

Registry enclosing the letter addressed to him by his counterpart dated

28.12.2020, which is duly signed by the appellant, and also the letter

addressed by him to the Registry dated 29.12.2020, seeking permission to

withdraw this appeal.

Perused the memo and the letters placed on record.

Permission accorded.

In view of the same, this CMA is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall

be no order as to costs.

As sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, if any, pending shall stand

closed. Interim Orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
