When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Siva Reddy,
learned counsel for appellant, would submit that the subject matter in
this civil miscellaneous appeal has become infructuous and hence, the
same may be dismissed as infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this civil miscellaneous appeal
is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory
applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
