It is stated that though the interim stay has been granted on 12.11.2021, the learned Trial Court is insisting that further orders are to be obtained in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing Road Agency Ltd., vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, (2018) 16 SCC 299, it is deemed appropriate to extend the same till 25.07.2022.
