                         It is submitted by Sri T.Lakshmi Narayana,
                   learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to
                   the direction of this Court dated 26.04.2022,
                   directing him to take out personal notice to the
                   proposed respondents in I.A.No.2 of 2022, notices

were sent and he is filing memo of proof of service into the registry. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that notice to one of the respondents is not yet served.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall send fresh notice to the correct address of the unserved respondent and file proof of service into the registry.

It is submitted by Sri G.Vijay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for NTR Health University that, the entire counseling process for MBBS Course came to an end on 27.04.2022 and the prayer in the Writ Petition cannot be granted in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Dr.Astha Goel and others vs. Medical Counselling Committee and others. A copy of the same is placed on record.
