JUDGMENT:-
Sri Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel representing
Smt.Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 13.06.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
"The above Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of
the respondents in selecting the ineligible candidates to the
post of Ward Education and Data Processing Secretary who were not qualified as per Notification No.04/2019 dated 26.07.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust.
The petitioners in the above Writ Petition have addressed a letter dated 11.05.2022 to me with a request to withdraw the above Writ Petition. In view of the same, kindly direct the registry to list the above matter under the caption of "Withdrawal".
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ
petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no
objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
