The appeal has been filed against the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.52 of 2017. However, this Court while granting stay of operation of the said judgment and decree, in its order dated 08.02.2022, had recorded the suit number as "O.S.No.124 of 2014".

In that view of the matter this application is allowed modifying the earlier order dated 08.02.2022 to the extent of replacing "O.S.No.124 of 2014" with "O.S.No.52 of 2017".

Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the order to the petitioner.

As the petitioner was unable to comply with the interim direction on account of wrong mentioning of the suit number, time granted on 08.02.2022 is extended by a further period o three weeks from today.
