                  WRIT PETITION No.4665 of 2016

JUDGMENT:-

      Sri Madhava Rao Nalluri, learned counsel for the petitioner

has submitted a letter dated 22.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-

            "I submit that the above W.P.4665 of 2016, was filed
     questioning the action of the Respondent No.4 in removing the

petitioner from services as Chief Executive Officer by passing a resolution dated 11.12.2015 communicated through an undated letter as illegal arbitrary opposed to Principles of Natural Justice and Byelaws of the Respondent No.4 society offending Art 14 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits. Thereafter on 21.07.2022, the petitioner wrote a letter to me stating that he was reinstated into service by the 4th respondent basing on the representation made by the petitioner and requested to withdraw his writ petition. IN view of the above, the petitioner instructed me to withdraw the above said writ petition.

I therefore request your authority to direct the Section to list the W.P.4665 of 2016, under the caption for withdrawal, in the tomorrow's cause list and pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri Madhava Rao Nalluri, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
