No.898 of 2016 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Mahila Magistrate, Vijayawada, wherein similar offences viz., Sections 498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, made by the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant against the petitioner No.1/Accused No.1 were not proved, there shall be interim stay, as prayed for.
