JUDGMENT:-

      Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted a letter dated 19.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-

             "I have filed a Writ Petition on behalf of my client by
      name    Sri   B.Hanumanth     Reddy     challenging..   I   am
      withdrawing my writ petition No.WP/34981/2015. So kindly
      post the matter before the Hon'ble Court under withdrawal
      caption."


      Ms. C.Indrani, learned counsel, representing Sri K.Srinivas,

learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be

dismissed as withdrawn.

      Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
