As seen from the Order dated 29.12.2021, interim stay of all further Proceedings in C.C.No.218 of 2020 on the file of the learned III Additional Munsif Magistrate, Ongole, Prakasam District, is extended until further orders.

However, the present application is filed on the premise that the learned Trial Court is insisting that further orders are to be obtained in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing Road Agency Ltd., vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, (2018) 16 SCC 299.

Keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim orders granted on the earlier occasion, are extended for further period of six (6) months.
