JUDGMENT:-

No representation from the side of the petitioner.

On 05.07.2022 also, there was no representation for the

petitioner and the matter was listed under the caption 'for

dismissal'. Still, there is no representation.

The matter pertains to the year 2015 and it appears that the

petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the matter any

further.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of

prosecution.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
