JUDGMENT:-

      Sri L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioners has

submitted a letter dated 05.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:

              "I am to state that my client P.Srihari and another filed

      a Writ Petition No.5366 of 2013 before this Hon'ble High

      Court seeking regularization in terms of G.O.M.S.No.212 Dt.

      24.03.1994, addressed a letter dated 13.03.2021 to me

      instructing me to withdraw the said Writ Petition as their

      services were regularized.

              Hence I request you to direct the section concerned to

      post the Writ Petition No.5366 of 2013 for withdrawal."

      Sri    Pilli    Sundeep,     learned   counsel     representing     Sri

L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

      Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
