Learned counsel for the appellants stated that A.S.No.413 of 2001 and S.A.No.631 of 2011 are pending before this Court arriving out of the same Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.227 of 1995, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikakulam.

Hence, post the C.M.A. along with A.S.No.413 of 2001 and S.A.No.631 of 2011, after obtaining necessary permission from My Lord The Hon'ble The Chief Justice.

Office is directed to delete the name of Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu from the Cause List.
