JUDGMENT:-
Sri Ch.Venkateswarulu, learned counsel for the petitioner
has submitted a letter dated 24.06.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
"It is humbly submitted that as the cause of action in
the above said writ petition does not survive. The petitioner
sent a letter dated 19.06.2022 request me to withdrawal the
writ petition and get the same dismissed. The said letter is
here with filed.
Hence, I request you to direct the concerned posting
section to enlist the subject writ petition 9304/2016 under
the caption of 'Withdrawal' in Monday's cause list, so as to
enable the petitioner to pray for withdrawal of the case."
Sri Ch.Venkateswarulu, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
