                         APPEAL SUIT No.1077 of 2017

JUDGMENT:-

         The appellants 2, 3, 4 are present before the Court.

Appellants 5 to 8 are represented by the 4th appellant, who is

their father and General Power of Attorney holder.                They are

identified         by     their   counsel    Smt.Nimmagadda       Revathi.

Respondents 1, 2 and 3 are present before this Court and are

identified by Sri D.Vamsi Krishna learned counsel appearing on

behalf of Sri N.Aswini Kumar, learned counsel for the

respondents. Respondents 4 to 7 are shown as not necessary

parties to the appeal and they had been set ex parte in the trial

Court.

2. The appellants had filed O.S.No.14 of 2007 before

the VII additional District Judge (Family Court), West Godavari

District for partition of the suit schedule properties which was

shown as 'A' schedule property, 'B' schedule property and 'C'

schedule property. This suit was dismissed on 21.08.2017.

Aggrieved by the same, the appellants have filed the present

appeal before this Court. During the pendency of the appeal, all

the parties have arrived at a compromise for partition of 'A'

schedule property and 'C' schedule property. It submits that 'B'

schedule property is not existence any more. All the parties have

admitted and accepted the terms of the compromise which has

been filed in the form of compromise petition under this

application before this Court.

3. In view of the above, I.A.No.1 of 2022 is allowed and

A.S.No.1077 of 2017 is disposed of in terms of the compromise

set out in the compromise petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this Civil

Revision Petition shall stand closed.
