JUDGMENT:

Sri T.Deva Deepak, learned counsel representing Sri S.A.Razak, learned

counsel for the appellant represented that the appellant could not be

contacted inspite of efforts made and requested the Court to take appropriate

decision.

It appears that since the issue involved is matrimonial and by afflux of

time the parties must have lost interest in the matter.

Since enough opportunity has been given, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
