JUDGMENT:

Sri V.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the

appellants has filed a letter seeking to withdraw the appeal on

the instructions of the appellants.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,

shall stand closed.
