Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim stay of execution of the judgment and decree dated 03.05.2021 in M.V.O.P. No.406 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Additional District Judge-cum-MACT, East Godavari at Rajahmundry, subject to the petitioner/appellant depositing 50% of the amount awarded together with costs and interest, within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the stay stands vacated. Further, 1st respondent/claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount so deposited, in terms of the judgment in the MVOP, without furnishing any security.
