CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1122 OF 2008
JUDGMENT:
Sri K. Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the 1st
respondent submits that the 1st respondent has died.
Sri Dheera Kanishk, learned counsel representing Sri Ch.
Dhananjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute
the death of the 1st respondent.
This revision was filed challenging the order dated
18.06.2008, passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class,
Jangareddygudem, by which the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C
filed by the present petitioner against the 1st respondent, the
husband claiming maintenance was dismissed in the absence of
the petitioner as also the conditional order passed earlier was not
complied with. The claim for maintenance under Section 125
Cr.P.C by the wife petitioner against the husband-1st respondent,
in view of the death of the 1st respondent, cannot be proceeded
further.
In view of the above, the revision is dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
