(Per Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah) All the appeals under heading 'Final Hearing' in the today's cause-list of this Court relate to a common judgment in which death sentence has been awarded by the Court below and the matters have been referred for confirmation of the sentence and simultaneously appeals have also been filed by the concerned convicts. The Court has get the matters listed for the purpose of ensuring appearance of learned counsel for the parties agreed to fix a date, so that all the matters should be heard at one go. However, today only Mr. P. Veera Reddy, learned Senior Counsel along with Ms. Sodum Anvesha and Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. N. Aswani Kumar, learned counsel for some of the appellants/accused are present.

2. Mr. S. Dushyanth Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that he would be assisting the Court in all the cases.

3. In view of the aforesaid position, the matters be listed again tomorrow (25.02.2022) under the same heading.
