JUDGMENT:-
1. On 09.09.2022, the following order was passed:
"Sri G. Naresh Kumar, learned counsel,
representing Sri M.Manohar Reddy, learned standing
counsel for the respondent Nos.4 and 5, based on written
instructions submits that the final bills were recommended for payment to the contractor and the same has been cleared. An amount of Rs.8,59,560/- under CFMS No.ID of 2022-404715 was paid on 15.06.2022, Rs.3,10,904/- under CFMS No.ID of 2021-462031 was paid on 03.12.2021.
The aforesaid amount is different from the amount claimed in the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for two (02) weeks time to obtain instructions from the petitioner. Post on 23.09.2022."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner is not turning up nor giving the instructions to him.
In view of the submission made by the learned standing
counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 on 09.09.2022, based on
the written instructions that the payment to the contractor has
been cleared on 03.12.2021, the writ petition is closed. No order
as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any
pending, shall also stand closed.
