JUDGMENT:-

Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned counsel representing Sri

Rajesh Matcha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

this writ petition was filed by the Power of Attorney Holder in

his name as petitioner and consequently he has instructions

from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to

file a proper writ petition in the name of the proper petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn

with the aforesaid liberty. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
