                     SECOND APPEAL No.11 of 2022

JUDGMENT:-

        When the above second appeal was listed on 07.01.2022,

at request of learned counsel for appellant, it was adjourned to

19.01.2022

. Thereafter, there was no representation on behalf of

appellant on 15.02.2022, 28.03.2022, 31.03.2022, 18.04.2022,

14.06.2022 and 07.07.2022. On 14.07.2022 and 10.10.2022 at

request of learned counsel for appellant, the matter was

adjourned. Again on 11.11.2022, there was no representation

on behalf of appellant and hence, the matter was directed to be

listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also,

there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems

that the appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the

appeal.

In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
