This Appeal is filed by the Oriental Insurance Company Limited against the order in E.C. No.02 of 2014 on the file of Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Dharmavaram.

Admit.

The following are substantive questions of law involved in the appeal.

a) Whether the order of the Assistant Commissioner is vitiated in ignoring to consider that the driver of the vehicle is not having valid driving license.

b) Whether the interest awarded by the Commissioner at 12 % per annum is contrary to the judgment reported in 2004 ACJ 452 (SC).

It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire amount is deposited to the credit of E.C.No.2 of 2014.

There shall be stay of all further proceedings including withdrawal of the amount deposited pursuant to the order in E.C.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Dharmavarm.
