By an order dated 20.06.2022, this Court granted stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree, dated 12.11.2021, in O.S.No.396 of 2011 on the file of the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, subject to the petitioners/ appellants depositing 50% of the decretal amount together with interest and costs within a period of four weeks from that date in default, the stay stands vacated.
Now, the present petition is filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. seeking extension of further four weeks time to deposit the amount stating that the petitioners could not able to secure the amount within the time stipulated above and now they have secured the amount to be deposited as per the directions of this Court.
In view of the circumstances, time to deposit the amount is extended by three weeks and the petitioners/appellants are directed to deposit the amount as directed by this Court on 20.6.2022 by 11.08.2022.
Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered.
