        Sri    M.Rahul        learned    counsel,    appearing     for

Smt.S.Pranathi learned counsel for the appellant submits that

the appellant has instructed the learned counsel for the

appellant, to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated

said to have been addressed by the appellant to

the learned counsel for the appellant, and in view of the memo

filed by the learned counsel for the appellant dated

06.04.2022, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous
