Heard Mr. T. S. Rayalu, learned counsel for the appellant, and Mr. S. Dushyanth Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The appeal is directed against the judgment dated 17.02.2022 in Sessions Case No.89 of 2021 passed by the learned III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.3,000/-, and in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for two months.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the matter is admitted for hearing.
