Sri B. V. Rama Rao, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of Sri D.G. Naidu, learned counsel for the appellant seeks

to withdraw the appeal. A letter to that effect has also been filed

2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.
