JUDGMENT:

Sri O. Kailashnath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a

letter dated 23.09.2021 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to

withdraw the criminal revision case.

In view of the same, the criminal revision case is dismissed as

withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision

case, shall stand closed.
