                         Having      regard   to     the    facts     and

circumstances of the case, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to decree and judgment dated 25.05.2021 in MVOP No.494 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Kurnool, subject to condition that the petitioner/ appellant deposits 50% of the awarded amount along with proportionate costs and interest to the credit of the above O.P. within a period of eight (08) weeks from today. In default, the stay stands vacated.

It is needless to mention here that the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount in terms of the Award as per their proportionate shares without furnishing any security.
