                     representing      the     petitioners   and     the       .


                     respondents.
                           Sri S.S. Prasad, learned Senior Counsel,
                     for the respondent/Devasthanam, seeks time
                     to file a detailed counter affidavit.
                           In   any    view    of   the   matter,   after
                     considering the submissions made including
                     the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2011 in
                     W.P.No.24543 of 2011, there shall be an
                     interim direction following the judgment of the
                     Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Punjab and
                     others Vs.Jagjit Singh and others1, if the
                     petitioners fulfill all the requirements therein
                     to pay minimum timescale.
                           Post on 06.10.2021 in the 'Motion List',
                     for counters.
                           The status quo existing with regard to
                     the services of the petitioners shall also be
                     preserved in view of long services they have
                     rendered as prayed for in I.A.No.2 of 2021.
