                 SECOND APPEAL No.1117 of 2010

JUDGMENT:

Heard Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the

appellants.

2. The Registry did not trace out the original agreement of

compromise filed by the parties along with U.S.R.No.45190 of

2021 dated 04.09.2021. However, a photo copy of this

compromise agreement is filed along with this memo.

3. As requested by Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for

the appellants, recording the fact of compromise entered into by

the parties outside the court and since the dispute among them

is resolved, this second appeal be dismissed as settled outside

the Court.

4. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as settled

outside the Court.

5. Photo copy of the compromise agreement entered into in

between the parties dated 06.05.2020 shall be enclosed to this

order.

6. Registry is directed to trace out the original compromise

agreement dated 06.05.2020, in the meantime and it should also

become part of this order, once it is available. No costs.

7. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall

stand closed.

8. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
